When I made that video in May who would have thought I would be part of this! Diet Face Off 2 on the livestrong.com site! It is hard to find a bigger fan of Lance Armstrong than me. So my health went very far south for a while and now I am trying to get it back together. Funny (not haha) how you can gain weight when things aren't right. Being part of the group on the Best Life Diet is exciting. I was dieting and seeing some success but this might show me a better way for my body. Here are my starting stats: Mass Body Fat: 42 Weight: 199 Chest: 35" Hips: 46" Is it possible to have 3 hips? Neck: 14" Waist: 36" Heigth: 5'6" Goal weight: 135-140 pounds.
