I've always fluctuated with my weight, but when I turned 40 yrs old, i think i looked and felt my best. I'm trying to get back to that place. It gave me a great feeling of "well being" and I actually got checked out by guys.. now thats something.ha! I just want to feel healthy and be able to fit into that size 2.

Today, I feel... like i'm pms..ing. LOL., so I usually crave comfort food during this time,. I've been good so far today, and I'm sticking to it.. I'll go to lunch and do a power walk, and hit the gym tonight.
