About Me:

I graduated in 1996 from Beth-El College of Nursing with my Bachelor’s Degree in the Science of Nursing. After working as a registered nurse for over 10 years, I became increasingly frustrated with the lack of knowledge surrounding nutrition as a way for people to manage their acute and chronic medical problems. Finding nutrition helped me to achieve my own goals and it opened a pathway in which I could educate others how to take control of their own health through nutrition. I consult a wide variety of clients including people with chronic medical problems, professional athletes, those who want to lose body fat or gain lean muscle mass and anyone who just wants to feel better and have more energy. My latest endeavor has been working with children and adolescents for Denver Public Schools. Now I am able to work with these students so they can be empowered to take control of their own health.
