When I was in my early 20's I was in phenomenal shape and tremendous health. I really took care of myself. My health and fitness were my #1 priority. 18 years later after getting married, having kids and chasing the American Dream of materialistic success and a sedentary lifestyle with poor diet I had gained over 100 lbs and obviously my priories had changed. (175lbs--310lbs) On February 6, 2006 my life changed radically...I broke my neck in 4 places in an auto accident. After 3.5 years of surgeries, divorce, alcohol and drug addiction (recovered). Looking at my life with injuries, disease and addiction. I am at a crossroads...either get back in shape or be unhappy and not able to do what I want to do and live the life I want.

Mood: Motivated
Today, I feel... motivated to get back on track. Winter is tough for me, spring is on it's way and my back is feeling much better after a re injury in December.
Snowshoed for 2 hrs and Went Flyfishing yesterday. Hiked through snow and river for 5 hrs. Went to the Pool and that is a motivator. Yikes! |

Mood: Motivated
Today, I feel... motivated to continue to lose weight and become healthier overall. My goal now is to figure out how to eat more consitantly. 6 small portions a day that equate to about 2500 calories.
