I am a substitute teacher. I care about healthy eating and exercise. Lately (11/19/09), I've been riding my bike about 20-25 miles after work five days a week. Since I started tracking on TDP (now livestrong TDP i guess) I've lost about 28 pounds. I started at 220 and I am now at 188. I want to get to 183 which is the "healthy" range of my BMI. I love reading theology/philosophy. I have a beautiful wife who fulfills every one of my desires. She would whoop on any of the Iron Chef contestants.
