I'm a competitive individual pushing myself to be stronger and healthier. My goal is to get to the point when I feel like my body can do anything. I want to hit 140 before I have children. I recently got married and in 2009 I hit a fitness goal I've been striving towards for 3 years now a ran my first 5K finally and even got new husband to do it with me! In 2010 I want to hit hit my ultimate goal of 140, and run a 10K by years end.
