Mood: Frustrated
Today, I feel a lot bummed out because I started my workout with my daughter and ended alone. She didn't like me trying to give her instructions on how to use the strength training equipment.

Mood: Proud
Today, I feel... proud of working out and choosing good nutritional food that will energy my body. I am reading a book by Laurie Bell called "Loose the Lies Lose the Weight". It is an interesting book, and really makes me think about all the work that would have to go in working out, if I eat the wrong thing. The book is also good because of helping to rethink so previous misconceptions about loosing weight, like I'm too old to get me shape back.
