Hello! I've struggled with my weight all my life! I lost about 70 pounds a few years ago taking Phentermine and doing Weight Watchers. I gained 40 of it back, and am desperately trying to get back down! So far, I've lost about 24 of the 40 I gained back...so about 16 to get back where I was, and 26 to really be happy! I am insulin resistant, so I have a bit of an extra challenge!
