I'm keen to get fit again - when I was 18 I passed the RAF fitness training, and since have put on about 7 stone. In the last year I have lost 2 stone, but would love to get back to my goal of 12 10. I have been swimming for a few months and have recently started using the gym with my new HR monitor. I'm happy that I am starting to see results after a few months of non-loss...

Well, I guess I better start to use this diary thingy - I've been meaning to for a while now :o)
I've had a good day so far - really enjoyed my Narna and walked past the vending machine and wasn't even tempted. Maybe my head is finally in the right space to do this - one stone to go! Of course, I've very proud of the previous 5 1/2 stone ;o) |
