Hi everyone! My name is Serena. I'm originally from Maui, Hawaii and live in El Segundo, CA now with my husband and our 2 dogs. I love doing yoga, walking my dogs, riding my beach cruiser bike, snowboarding, and hanging out with friends and family. I have always been health conscious and love being outdoors. I try to stay positive no matter what life throws at me. I joined Equinox in Manhattan Beach last year, and it has changed my life. I now LOVE going to the gym and look forward to taking classes there. It doesn't hurt that there's a pool on the roof ;)
