Oct-Mid Dec: Recover (recumbent bike, walking) Mid Dec - New Year: Ran Mile once a week. started light lifting.cerV 2011 New Year: Jump slowly on that horse, use my workout time to do the best that I can at that time. 2011 - mid Jan: another cervical surgery. This time, out until april. 2010 Running Race Schedule: Fremont 50K Fatass: Finished 6:12:00 Second Saratoga 50K Fatass: Finished 7:15:00 American River 50 Mile: Finished 10:22:05 Miwok 100K: Finished 13:27 San Diego 100 Mile: Finished 26:12 Angeles Crest 100 Mile: August 28th Morgan Hill Inaugural Marathon: November 7th Events and long training runs as they pop up. Full Time Family Man, Ultra Runner, Snowboarder, and Wakeboarder. Finished over 16 Ultra Marathons including 1 100 mile event, 2 100K event, 4 50 mile events, and numerous 50K events and training runs. I continue to run and Train for Ultras year round with planned rest periods. I snowboard in the winter and wakeboard in the summer. I started this journey at 240lbs and am now around 180lbs. The past couple of years, I made the mistake of not focusing on nutrition. In 2010, I'm focusing on nutrition, weight lifting and balance in my life.
