I Promise to log food everyday for one month! 01-12-10 170.6 01-19-10 170.2 01-26-10 173.8 02-2-10 171.8 - not sure what's up with the gains/losses right now, but scheduled an allergy test in case it's something underlying. 02-9-10 -Switched scales (177 on new scale) - Started Insanity program 2-6-10 (Ow!) 02-16-10 - Got strep throat and had to stop Insanity 02-23-10 - prepped for vacation, little work on health 03-23-10 - 177.6 (started weight watchers at work) 04-13-10 - 173.4 04-20-10 - 170.8 -mom in town and eating out all week!!! 04-27-10 - 172.4 gained from eating out - restarted Insanity! 05-04-10 - 05-25-10 - 06-08-10 - 06-22-10 I moved to Cincinnati about 2 years ago - I've live in MD, NC, VA, CA, KY, TN and the Cayman Islands. My two passions in life are dancing and traveling. Dance:I do some bellydance and I've started learning classical Indian and Bollywood dance (which I LOVE!). Travel: I've been through a lot of the Caribbean, all over the US and to Mexico. My latest trip was the New Zealand and Australia - which was amazing! My next trip will be Paris, Prague and Budapest in 2010 and then the list carries on...and on ...and on... I re-joined this site because I've let me weight get out of hand. You know how you say - oh I'll just watch my weight and make sure I don't get past 160.... - a few months later 170...and a few months after that 180...190..." etc. Well, I can't have that any more. I was really out of shape on vacation and my beach pictures were NOT very friendly....sooooo...I need to get my butt in gear and do something about it. And here I am! Hi!
