I've been here about 1 year and bored as . I am fixing to turn 52, am stressed, and stuck. I want to work on me - skin, hair, weight, smoking, exercise. Most importantly, I want to be happy. I am starting at the very bottom. I have no moral support at home and am constantly treated as though I don't exist. I am pretty, a little overweight, and feel unloved. I used to be a top athlete, cheerleader, and am a very loving person. I think this age thing is getting to me along with a bad relationship.

Mood: Okay
Today, I feel... good about my weight. i am now 162 pounds from 170. i sprained my ankle yesterday and upset about this minor setback. i said i would stick with this until september 1st to see if i would get results. i have gotten results! now i will continue using this site because it is TERRIFIC! i can see what i eat - how many carbs, fat and protein, choose a healthier option for foods, know what exercise to do to reduce my calories, and get encouragement just by tracking. now i realize i have been eating waaaayyy over what i should have. this 1st 7 days was hard but it gets easier. thank you livestrong :)

Today, I feel... i have a slight upset stomach. But I am determined to meet my goals. Oh my gosh, I am trying to get my protein up and carbs down and I am over calories! I WILL learn! Now I got to exercise off 520 calories! What to do for exercise??? and not eat anymore today!!! I guess I will smoke and drink lots of water :( I am happy cause my fiancee' went with me up to the top of the mountain - all the way up!!!! i had a great time. it was really fun annnnd i burned a LOT of calories - so much i have 162 left over! yeah - that's what i'm talkin bout.
