Way too much work to do today, but I haven't let the stress trigger me into binging. I was starving at lunch, but kept it to a small chicken breast, raw fruit bowl, and ate only a third of the mashed potatoes on my plate. Breakfast was the norm, dinner TBA. :)

I'm not sleeping well for the past couple days. Feeling down, probably the seasonal stuff that happens to me every year around this time. Not sure how to curb that process. Still keeping on track with reasonable eating.

I need to start planning a healthy snack to take with me to game night at Borders and allot the appropriate calories for that snack. I always end up hungry and with the chips and juices right by our table, it's hard to resist. Must ponder healthy snacks to pack. Didn't do bad today though. ZERO binging for several days now!

Wheat thins with cheese and cheddar corn for a late lunch, cheddar corn and sliced kiwi for evening snack. When I went to pick up my car, was forced to eat out with Jeff and Max because car wasn't ready, so ate as healthy as possible at Swensons (grilled cheese on whole wheat, unsweetened iced tea, tots). Was in very bad mood today, and I never have good food structure when I'm home alone on weekends. Not super psyched for eating habits today.
