I am 20 years old. I live in southwestern virginia. I am a mommy to the cutest most handsome lil man ever =). Landon David was born 08022009, one day before my 19th birthday. In August of 2009 I hit my heaviest at 314 pounds. That was 3 days after my son was born. I dropped all of my baby weight plus more, down to 277. Then I started getting depressed and binging again and my weight loss stalled and I even gained some back. So I started back up in jan 2010. SW:288 (1-15-2010) 1st:285 (1-29-2010) 2nd:287.5 new scale (2-14-2010) 3rd:282.5 (2-21-2010) 4th:280.0 (2-28-2010) 5th:277.5 (3-7-2010) 6th:276.5 (3-28-2010) 7th:279.5 (4-4-2010) 8th:276.0 (4-11-2010) 9th:277.0 (4-18-2010) 10th:273.0 (4-24-2010) 11th:275.5 (5-1-2010) 12th:273.5 (5-10-2010) 13th:270.5 (5-18-2010) 14th:272.0 (6-1-2010) 15th:267.5 (6-12-2010) 16th:264.5 (6-23-2010) 17th:260.0 (7-05-2010) 18th:272.5 (7-17-2010). I really am lost at how this happened. It has been up consistently for about a week, by at least 5 pounds. Today it was 12! Sheeeew I don't know! 19th:268.5 (8-05-2010) so I am considering the other weigh-ins faulty. Figured out what was up with my scale! 270 was my last accurate weigh-in. 20th: 266.5 (8-16-2010) 21st: 272.5 (9-12-2010) 22nd: 264.0 (9-19-2010) 23rd: 270.5 (9-26-2010)hmmm. Idk whats going on with me. Gotta get back to it instead of just half-assing it and barely staying within my calories, etc! 24th: 274.5 (10-15-10) having a lot of problems sticking to this. Me & my mom started seeing a nurse practitioner/nutritionist. I am also getting b-12 shots and something else (can't remember the name) from my PCP. Haven't been getting restful sleep and I have no energy & these are supposed to help & get my hormones regulated. Hopefully this will work cause I can't do it by myself. 25th: 267.5 (10-22-10) So I am fairly sure this is lowest I have been, since my scale is now working properly. Love it 26th: 268.5 (10-29-10) up a pound somehow! this is really frustrating. 27th: 262.0 (11-5-10) woo hoo! 28th:260.0(11-12-10) At the DR's Mid Day, Clothes on. My hips went down 3 inches too, and I lost a total of 14 pounds in four weeks! 29th:255.2(11-23-10) Wooo Hoo! At the Dr's Mid Day again =) 30th:257.0(12-14-2010)Up two pounds at the Dr's. Could be lack of exercise, increased sodium, TOM, or just my body messin with me. I am not going to let it get me down & go back to my old habits. 31st:253.5(12-22-2010)My scale, in the am! 32nd:252.0(12-28-2010)Dr's office scale, A.M. clothes on after breakfast. 33rd:251.5 (1-5-2011) my scale, First thing A.M 34th:255.5 (1-21-2011)dr office. Total lack of exercise, increased sodium and living out of a vending machine since school started haha. I got it though! 35th:253.0 (1-28-2011)Dr office 36th:249.5 (2-4-2011)At dr office YAY! Also thought I would mention that I am no longer taking my meds for my thyroid. Its checking out fine, I think it needed a jump start haha 37th:247.0 (2-11-2011) Woo hoo! So excited about weighing in on the 25th. I decided to skip this past friday, I was really sick + TOM.
