miss you too...just plodding along through life, many adjustments with the new living/family situation-work is still the best ever and Im back to classes in jan will be finished this summer I have had about 20-25 pounds lost this past year, not nearly enough but better than the last years of gaining..Im gonna try and do better with the workouts at curves and I have been walkinbg to or from work a few days a week...life goes on

Today, I feel... tired, Ive had such pain lately....anyhow went back to curves after 2 weeks off to move etc, and Im down 3 pounds to a new low..this is good

Today, I feel... great, Today is my BIRTHDAY! happy birthday to me...lol, day started with a crappy pain filled sleep(or not much sleep) and a congested face, but pain and alergy medication and 2 cups of high test coffee has that close to taken care of...Im tired but feeling peaceful and loved---and Im back into the jean I had to put away 6 months ago cause I got toooooo big...so that is a happy thing too

just posted a new low weight for me today. curves and the new medication are a fab combo....high weight 236 jan 1st today 218...it may not seem like much but 10.5 have been in the past 2 months and Ive worked like a fiend this whole time (since jan) and i am just so glad the weight is finally coming off in a real way...i lost the first 6 pounds and gained it back 3 times before the med change...it was so frustrating...now i believe there is hope and possibility that i can actually take of another 50 pounds for real by next summer. oh by the way ive dropped almost 4% body fat and gained 5 pounds of lean muscle on top of the fat loss.

Today, I feel... good, my recovery from the medication crisis is mostly complete i think, i am doing well...my vacation just keeps going and going as i am now on sick leave for up to 15 weeks---------I have been doing curves pretty much every day I am burning 420 cls or so each set...I think thats great
