I love anything to do with the great outdoors...rock & ice climbing,rollerblading, scuba diving, spelunking, kayaking, snowboarding, triathlons (swimming, biking, trail running) and I love doing it with my best friend...my hubby! I joined this site to help me get a better handle on my nutrition and to lose bodyfat. I want to get more out of my performance - go faster and longer! I have several triathlons planned for next year and in 2011 I have planned to bike up 8 mountains in 4 states to become Queen of the HIll.
