I just celebrated my 55 birthday and am getting back into being fit and healthy. I survived a stroke 12 years ago and was lucky enough to not have very many lasting problems. I have been on a downward spiral for the past 7 years,concerning my weight and activity level, but after my last Cardiologist appt have decided to get my big rear off the couch and get busy. I really do want to see my grandchildren and hope to be able to keep up with my 60 year old husband. I started with a trainer on July 13 working 30 minutes 3 times a week. He had me also start doing some cardio. I didn't start The Daily Plate until July 29. My motto: I DIDN'T GET THIS WAY OVERNIGHT AND I WON'T FIX THE PROBLEM OVERNIGHT!!!
