It seems like all my life I've been starting/stopping dieting or Weight Watchers, exercising, etc to lose weight. I'm at my highest weight ever and I'm really frustrated. So my trainer recommended this site to me to see if it would help. Hopefully with all of the support, tracking, etc this would change my mindset. Looking to see less of me :-)
