Why are my foods being added to the wrong day?
When you add foods to your MyPlate page, you can use our "today" and "yesterday" shortcuts, instead of manually entering in the date you ate the food you're adding.
If you're adding a food to "today," but it's somehow showing up as having been eaten yesterday or tomorrow instead, it's most likely a time zone issue. Our servers are located in the Pacific time zone, and you might not be!
The solution is simple: Move.
Just kidding! The real solution is to tell TDP what your time zone is on the preferences page. We'll respect your time zone and use it when you're adding foods to your MyPlate page, from then on.
