Long Jump

Long Jump:

Running the long jump requires speed, endurance and stamina and it's a popular event at the Olympics. The long jump engages both the upper and lower body as you sprint across a short distance and use the speed as leverage for the jump; this activity makes use of lower body strength to complete the jump successfully, and it will increase the heart rate considerably.
