Ping Pong



Ping Pong:


Ping pong is a variation of the classic tennis game, and involves hitting the a small hollow ball across the net using small paddles. Ping pong players are positioned on either side of a ping pong table, and must volley the ball back and forth; this activity can challenge muscles in the upper body.
