Pistol shooting requires focus, concentration and upper body strength as you aim and fire the pistol to shoot the target. This activity is usually a solo activity, but can be a team game as well. You may be involved with standing for extended periods of time and engaging the upper body in focused and concentrated movements as you point and shoot.
