Shuffleboard (also called deck shuffleboard or shove-board) is a leisure activity that dates back more than 500 years. It is played by pushing weighted pucks down a narrow court. The purpose is to position the puck in a marked area. From an energy consumption standpoint, shuffleboard requires about the same number of calories as standing or walking slowly.
