Tile - laying

Tile - laying:

Laying tile combines the physical demands of lifting heavy ceramics, stone and glass with the artistry of a craftsman. Tilers must be able to manipulate large slabs of marble, granite and slate to create artistic applications in hallways, kitchens and outdoor patios. While some of the work can be performed with hydraulic powered forklifts and jacks, most of it still relies on laying tile by hand.
