After a few weeks of walking at 1 mph on the TreadClimber, try increasing both the speed and the resistance for a challenge. Warm up at 2 mph for 10 minutes. Then, gradually increase the resistance every two minutes until you've reached level 12. Continue to walk at 2 mph at level 12 for 15 to 20 minutes. Follow this with a 5-minute cool down period.
