Treadmill - 5% incline @ 5 mph

Treadmill - 5% incline @ 5 mph:

Walking on a treadmill at 5 mph is a 12 minute per mile pace, well below a jog. So, if you'd like to burn more calories without increasing the speed, try a higher inclination. After you've sufficiently warmed up at 5 mph, increase the treadmill's elevation 1 to 2% for five minutes until you reach a 5% grade. Maintain this level for 20 minutes or until you feel fatigued, and then slowly lower the speed and elevation.
