Half of a Goya 16 Bean Dry Soup (8 oz) cooked with 12 oz Turkey Meat on Bone, one can of Tomatoes, 1 onion. Spices. Makes 8 bowls of soup.
In a big pot, combine an onion, 6 cups of water, 1/2 package (8 oz dry) of Goya 16 bean soup Mix:( 315 calories), 1 can of Cento Tomato Puree" 325 calories, 3 Chicken Thighs, with skin: (200 x 3) = 600, One Onion = 40 calories and some Garlic powder. Heat up on medium heat for about 1/2 hour. Then on low heat, eat when beans are soft. TOTAL = 1280 or about 114 cals per 1/8 of large pot of soup. A large bowlful.
