I make it sauted in olive oil, with minced garlic and lemon juice. It's SO good! Of course, with the olive oil, it's a little more than 7 calories, haha.

As the other reviewer said, it is wonderful. However, it should have five stars, not one.

I suppose I'm boring - I just love spinach salad with mushrooms, black olives, sliced almond, and tons of other veggies topped with a light olive oil dressing. Very yummy, and very filling.

I eat it all the time. It's so versatile - pair it with melted cheese, in a salad, on a sandwich, as a bed for meat, in pasta and wraps. It's a great leafy green to work into your diet. And you get all these nutrients for

Spinach is a staple food for me. I love it. I'll eat it plain or with a home made vegan ceasar dressing. Read the book Green For Life by Victoria Boutenko. She talks about using greens in smoothies.

Delicious Serbian spinach stew- cook the raw spinach, drain it, put a tiny it of sunflower oil, flour, and minced garlic cloves in a pot, add in the spinach and two and a half cups non-fat milk. Cook a little longer and voila! Delicious and non-fat stew! Goes great with baked breaded chicken.

I love spinach, it's best in the spring and fall, but really i suppose it's available all year. STill. I eat it plain, with this awsome cranberry balsamic, or the rasberry vinegrettte, they're fat free and by maple grove. SO GOOD. I dip, becuase I don't like to feel like I'm eating salad.
cheers everyone! make like popeye and eat up ^^

Spinach is such an amazing food. Not only does it taste good, but it has so many health benefits than just the vitamins it contains. I love spinach in a smoothie such as a spinach, apple, banana, coconut milk smoothie

I eat spinach with one egg and one mushroom for breakfast every morning. Highly tasty and nutritious. It's simple to make. Just coat the pan with no stick spray and saute the spinach and mushroom. After the spinach shrinks down add the egg. Takes all but four minutes to make. Enjoy!
