It is OK! It fills you up and taste fine (not especially good, but OK)and has lots of fiber. It is th ekind of food that taste "like you are on a diet". Not a good idea if you are thinking of a long term eating plan. It also gets soggy before you can possibly eat it. I thought it might be a cheaper alternative to the more expensive Fiber One cereals, but those actually taste good and stay crunchy after the puttn gthe milk on it. No comparison!!

I ate the 365 Everyday Value Organic High Fiber Cereal and it was very tasty to me. Sometimes we eat so much of the sugary cereal and when a real taste of something comes along we don't realize it’s a good nutritional product. I don't want to gross anyone out, but I have regular bowel movements every time I eat this cereal. I would definitely eat this cereal again.
