I thought this was really bland - nearly tasteless - and the macaroni was tough. I will not be purchasing this again.

Unlike many low sodium options out there, you can barely taste any different between the Amy's light in sodium mac & cheese and Amy's regular mac & cheese. It's still tasty and cheesy and delicious. Because of the high calorie and fat content, I like to curb my guilt a little by eating some steamed veggies on the side. Definitely makes for a filling and satisfying lunch.
