I've tried most of Amy's line of products and the Shepard's pies are the closest thing to perfection. They taste great, have a thin layer of mashed potatoes on the top. They are very nutritious and low in calories (160). I notice they sell out the fastest in the supermarket out of all of Amy's products, no wonder why. I prefer very well cooked meals and I bake it at 410F for 54 minutes and it comes out just right, disregard the cooking instructions. They cost between $2.50-$3 depending upon your store.

Very good flavor, and filling for the fairly low calories. I wouldn't use it as a substitute for cooking at home, but it was good for a tasty lunch at work. Good fiber content too, considering it's only 160 calories. Make sure you put it on a plate before microwaving it. A lot of the gravy bubbled over when I heated it as directed.
