The cereal is easy and quick to prepare. It tastes like quinoa which isn't bad...it's jut not a great cereal. The texture is like eating very soggy cornflakes. I thought it would be like oatmeal or rice cereal, but I couldn't get past the mouth feel. I will use the rest of the box in some bran muffins or something, but I won't be eating it as cereal again. I'd rather make some whole quinoa and eat it with milk and agave than eat this stuff again.

It was great for breakfast cereal! ALmost like tastier cream of wheat but with more nutrition. I mixed mine with cinnamon, stevia, green super food powder in chocolate. it was delicious.

I made this with plain soymilk and added cinnamon and frozen strawberries, then cooked it in the microwave. The first bite was so different from any other hot cereal I'd tried that at first I didn't think I liked it. Took another bite and I was hooked! VERY good hot cereal...but if at first it tastes "funny" to you, don't give up. Just means you expect all hot cereals to taste like oatmeal like I did! :-)

I made this for breakfast, using vanilla almond milk instead of plain water, used a bit of salt and it was awesome! I will definitely eat it again!

Awesome for breakfast, in granola, and as a substitute for oats. High protein content.
