I have ordered this several times and each time it was wonderful. It will fill you up and is delicious.
Well worth it.

This was.. fair. This dish smells pretty bad, but that's what get when you order fish. The tilapia was good, but not GREAT. The vegetables were fantastic, however. I have no idea what kind of seasoning they used, but it's fantastic.

It was delicious and I will definitely eat it again. I felt good about the choice I made for eating out at a restaurant and still maintaining a low calorie, low fat diet. Thank you Applebee's for your weight watchers menu!

The rice and vegetables were full of taste and the tilapia was delicious. I was surpised that it came out so good. This is probably one of the healthiest things on the menu, and if you like fish, it's perfect. Would definitely eat again.

This is an awesome healthy alternative. Especially for Applebees. I was quite surprised when I was first presented with this. The fish was very tasty and light. The rice and fresh broccoli made for perfect sides.
I've reordered this meal twice. I will opt to get this on the occasional trip to Applebees.
If you don't like rice pilaf, suggest replacing it with the mexi-rice, which I actually prefer myself.

Applebee's Cajun Lime Tilapia is out of this world. I can't believe it only has 310 calories and 6 grams of fat! I can go out to eat at a restraunt, feel like I'm cheating, get very full, and still stick within my calorie and healthy-eating goals for the day. It does not taste bland or dull. It tastes like you're cheating. Now if we could just find a way to get chicken & steak fajita nachos down to 310 cals & 6 grams of fat..hmmmmm ;-)

Although the Applebee's in my neighborhood tends to burn grilled items, this meal was very good! Only the edges had that nasty charred taste, and if it had been any other Applebee's, I would have found nothing wrong with this dish. Veggies and rice were great sides. After my meal I felt energized and ready to face the rest of my workday, instead of sluggish and in a "food coma" as can often happen after a filling meal. Very happy with this one!

The dish tasted very good and i have no complains about it whatsoever, but I found that nutritional label is wrong: there are 399 cal and 12.7 g of fat, this makes this dish 8 points on Weight Watchers scale. See www.abc18.com/what's on the menu for references

I was not at all impressed with this dish. The tilapia tasted okay, but I found it to be a little dry. The "fresh seasonal vegetables" was dry, undercooked, horribly seasoned broccoli that I left on the plate. Although presumably healthy, it was a big disappointment.

The food was very good and yes, I would have it again. I did, however, substitute the rice pilaf with a bed of mixed greens (thanks to a very helpful server). By replacing the pilaf with the greens I really felt that the tastiness-to-healthiness ratio went way up. I would be curious to know if the nutrition facts were simply for the tilapia or for the entire dish. Seems a little unrealistic to have pilaf, blackened fish and veggies (in a restauraunt) that hides its nutrition content - 3 1/2*

This meal was great. I told them to hold off on the black bean and corn salsa which made the tilapia a little dry. The vegetables and rice were very flavorful. I would eat this again.

While the idea is appealing and really could be achieved successfully, I do not think Applebee's is that place to do it. I thought the fish was low quality [far too fishy for a tilapia], much too blackened [adding a pound of cajun seasoning does not mask lack of quality or poor preparation] and super dry.
I am not a snob; I'm one of the least picky people in the world; and I work in the service industy so I know the ins and outs. This was just actually was really bad.
