This was VERY good, but BOY OH BOY was I shocked when I checked here afterwards and found out how BAD for the figure it is!!! Great for a "cheat day", but not too often!

I agree with the previous poster. This meal is DELICIOUS, but sooo not good for you. Try the confetti chicken or lime tilapia.

had this last night for dinner. Didn't eat all of the rice (which was good) but the chicken entree was very tasty. I would definitelty order this again; however, after seeing the calorie amount, I probably will settle for a lower calorie option next time.

This is delicious and I usually order it when I go to Applebee's. To save a bunch of calories I substitute steamed broccoli for the brown rice and scrape most of the cheese off of the grilled chicken breast. I also get an extra cup of the Pico de Gallo to put on the chicken. I'm not sure how much of a calorie reduction this is---but I think probably a good half of the stated calories for this entree. My favorite Applebee's entree.

I love this dish. That is before I looked up the fat content. 47g fat??? Wow! Who can afford that? I now eat the Confetti Chicken at about 1/6 the fat and it's just as good.

I eat using a point system and I had "saved" over half of my daily points to eat dinner with. The options with point value in the menu were so low that I decided to pick something from the menu that would use more of my points. I chose this one thinking it would be reasonable with the rice and grilled chicken... Boy, was I wrong! While I did not eat all of the rice, sauce, or tortilla crunchies - I still had to count the entire dish... A whopping 29 points. (It was really good though!)

This entree was delicious. To make it more calorie-friendly, I substitued steamed brocolli for the rice and scraped a fair amount of the melted cheese off the top.
