Sometimes you just HAVE to cheat. Sometimes you need to break more than 200 calories. This is that food. It's tasty and decadent and still not a ton of calories. With the fat and sodium content, I wouldn't have this often but on a good diet day when I need to veg with friends and enjoy something sinful, this is my food. I would recommend this highly. I wish I could make it at home!

I would like to know how this was "verified". Based on Applebees own website the burger contains 1420 Calories, and 46 grams of saturated fat. It is delicious and I will totally eat again, reserved for a once or twice per year type celebration. It bothers me though that you all would "verify" this without further explaination as to why you would say it has almost a third of the calories it really has.

this can't be accurate for the full burger just from common sense. There was a time.com article that had it at 1440 and that seemed like just the burger.

This appears to be incorrect according to applebee's. 1420 cals is the correct answer.

I love this burger, and was excited to see the calories at under 600...I even order it without ranch and only eat half...thank goodness...I'm not quite sure how this was verified, since I just say this article...basically, this really blows! This burger is one of the best I have ever had. Half way through, I thought this is too good to be true. I asked for the nutrition information and was surprised to find that the actual calorie count is 1440. It is posted at Applebee's internet site, http://www.applebees.com /downloads/nutritional_i nfo.html. If there is a way to report incorrect information, please pass this on.

I am so upset. I have loved this burger and ate it because it had resonable calories for something so delicious. I was devastated this morning to read this burger as one of the top 10 WORST burgers out there. I double checked and this is way off. This is the perfect indulgence for when taste outweighs healthiness (as it often does with many of us). I loved it because of the burger and quesadilla hybrid concept. When you actually eat it you'll definitely be blown away like I was. The burger itself is quite large, making the whole meal far more filling than you'll be used to. To be honest I had a hard time polishing it off - but that's also in thanks to the equally great fries. I'd suggest it to anyone.
