This salad is fabulous! I think it's relatively healthy for those of us (me!) who are a little tired of the weight watcher's menu. I think the poster who corrected the calories is fairly close. Still, I try to only eat this salad once a week or so.

I loved this salad! Just HATED that they don't give the nutritional info. I believe the poster way UNDERestimated the calories. I estimate the small salad to be about 536 calories. The almonds and the dressing alone are LOADED with calories!! Way too much dressing on mine. Next time I will ask for the dressing on the side to better control it myself.

OK - Whoever provided the details on this salad is DEAD WRONG! ?Here's the correct info:
(1) Small salad: 13 G Fat, 450 calories, 400 MG sodium, 10 G carbs. A ton of Cholesterol from the Shrimp, not measured.
(2) Large salad: 25 G Fat, 650 calories, 700 MG sodium, 15 G carbs

I could eat this salad 7 days a week. It is delicious. But the calorie breakdown above does not help me-- the salad is available in small and regular sizes. I would like the calorie count of the regular size so I don't short myself on calories for the day.

Does this calorie estimate include the dressing? Seems the sugars are high if it does not.

The regular sized salad is 1050 calories, 72 grams of fat (sat and trans combined), 2530mg of sodium, 68 grams of carbs, 13 grams of fiber, and 50 grams of protien. The half salad is: 620 calories, 43 grams of fat, 1560mg of sodium, 36 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fiber, and 31 grams of protien. Terrible. Loaded with extra calories that are not given on this now "VERIFIED" nutrition label. It might be correct if you omit the dressing and only eat 1/4 of the shrimp. This is most likely referring to the small portion lunch salad which is about 1/2 the size of a half salad.
