Benefiber Powder has no taste. It is a soluble fiber, helpful for those looking to rid their bodies of LDL cholesterol, regulate bowel movements (IBS, constipations, etc.) and meet the RDA of fiber, 25-30 g. dependeing on gender and age.
I've found that Benefiber mixes well with any juice, milk, tea, or coffee I wish to drink. The bottle is a little cumbersome for carrying into restaurants (it's only down side) but is great at home. I usually do an evening and a night dose, which is 6 g. of fiber!

I love the Benefiber powder because it helps me get in my daily allowance of fiber, and it truly has no taste nor does it change the consistency of beverages. I usually put it directly into my water bottle two to three times each day. I've noticed much improvement in my gastro problems since I have been using it. Also, I feel less hungry between meals. The big bottle is a better value, but they also make the little individual mix in packets for convenience.

The food has no taste - as advertised. I use it all the time. I place it in any drink - except sodas. I use it in soups, grits, pancakes, protein shakes, etc. Just dissolve it in the liquid ingredients first. Good Product!

Just one word of warning...definitely heed the warning right on the label (I must have missed it) and do NOT try this in a carbonated drink! I tried to mix it with soda and it turned into a clumpy nightmare. Otherwise, it's a great! None of that gooey sludge I'd get with metamucil.

It's true...you can't taste it at all. I usually mix it with a fruit flavored water to get extra fiber. I heard that fiber leaves you feeling fuller longer so I try to include 30g everyday, which without some sort of suppliment is really hard! I'm giving this a 4 even though it's tasteless, because it's supposed to be. (and it's NOT gritty, which is the worst!)

You really can't taste it at all! In Fact, you could go crazy, 3 tbsp is the most i tried, and still, taste nothing at all (at least in water.) It really helps with fiber problems and relieves constipation. If you're low on fiber almost daily, then Benefiber is for you.
