I tear this cereal up. I cook it in the microwave and add those baby food blended fruit cups (I know sound weird, but is soo good), and a little bit of splenda.

Don't say this is gross until you have tried it. It is high energy for workout days or when you take a long bicycle trip.
I take 1 cup whole milk, 2 egg whites, 1 whole egg, 1/3 cup of 10 Grain Hot Cereal, bring to a boil and stir to a thick consistency, add raisins and honey.Awesome energy meal. You will have the carbs to get through a good workout.

If you like grains and healthy cereals, this one is for you. I always add something to it like bananas or other fruit to make it tastier. Good if you like this brand in general. Very healthy for sure, not low in carbs but great good carbs for an energizing morning start.
