Great low-carb gluten free alternative or a way to add lots of fibre to regular baking. Note, there is NO gluten, so optimally you have to add extra egg as a binder. Also, the net carbs from many coconut flours are lower than reported on this label - so a great low-carb baking "flour" I love this stuff! (ps. decent protein too)
