These are tasty, whole grain, and cook fast in the microwave or on the stove.
I use like cereal, in place of pasta, and occasionally cook like a flapjack in a hot skillet.
They are lovely with chicken, with cheese, with sauce or cooked with a soft egg and a little bacon or Canadian bacon for breakfast. Very filling.
