I love this salad! So tasty and colorful. I get the full, eat half and take the other half home for another meal. Saves money!
However, I think the Nutrition Facts listed here are out of date. As of today on the CPK site, a half salad (without almonds) is 616 calories, 4g Sat Fat, 478mg sodium, 55g carbs, 10g fiber, and 19g protein. I calculated the total fat to be 35.5g.
Still totally worth it, in my opinion, but an eye opener on how data can be updated and we don't realize it.

I had this Moroccan salad last night at the CPK in Foxwoods Casino.
There are layers of taste, one after the other - the earthiness of the beets, sweetness of the dates, slight tang of the dressing, the garlic, cumin, red peppers etc.
We shared the half size salad. I also had the Kung Pao Spaghetti, which rivals anything you will get at a Chinese restaurant, and I love Chinese and other Asian foods.
I see no downside to healthy eating by having this salad and I look forward to having it again
