This product tastes SO good - you can take it straight! Though adds a really nice hint of lemon to yogurt or fruit or protein shakes/smoothies too! I mix this, a scoop of protein powder into my yogurt and it gets kind of poofy and yummy :D And its so good for you, taste is no longer what should keep you a way. This is a high quality delicious tasting supplement. Highly recommend!

I rate this a 5 not really delicious but so much better then I thought it would it exceeds my expectations I think it deserves a 5. It tastes lemony. I take cod live oil in the winter because it has vitamin D and the cheaper fish oil in the summer - same omega 3s without the D.
