The salmon was suprisingly good. Didn't expect much from a cup of fish. There are no flavors added and I ate it straight from the cup. Definitely buying some more.

I'm a whitefish kind of guy...cod, halibut, etc. I used to force feed myself tuna, and since salmon isn't too bad, I tried these. Overrall, not too bad. I sprinkle on some lemon pepper and eat it right out of the cup for the most part. Quick and easy protein kick.

Pretty nasty, as far as salmon goes. It's better than other canned salmon I've tried. I supposed it's a good change off from canned tuna, but not by much. At least salmon is naturally oily enough that you can make salmon salad and not need to add any mayo. I'm just not sure what you can add to make it taste better. I used my usual tuna salad stuff (except mayo) and it was still icky. Their own recipe recommended raspberry vinegar and olive oil, so maybe it needs acid. Watch out for bones!

I actually love these little salmon cups as a change from tuna! They are part of my favorite post-workout meal - 1 salmon cup, some chopped celery, grated carrot and herbes de provence. Mix all that and place on top of one piece of toasted whole wheat bread. I find the salmon cups to be very a handy protein source, especially when I don't have any chicken ready and waiting.
