This fish dish is very good, although the Firecracker Tilapia was much better (and of course Chili's took it off the menu). I did not use the chimichuri sauce. I am surprised to see this had 34 grams of fat because it really seems like a healthy choice. Comes with rice and brocoli/carrots. I'm wondering if some of the fat count comes from oil in the chimichuri sauce? Otherwise it is pretty good. I order this about 1/2 the time we go there.

This is a deceiving dish b/c butter is used on the broccoli (which is steamed, so I don't know why they put butter on them??) and I think either butter or oil was put on the bottom of the fish. And the rice is super salty to boot. So, to make this anywhere near healthy (and taste better, if you're like me and dislike butter & salt) you need to request that butter not be used and perhaps replace the rice w/ a plain baked potato. The spice rub on the tilapia is delicious, tho.
