The easiest way to gain weight is to get hooked on Coca-Cola. Believe me, I gained nearly 100 pounds in a relatively short time frame by drinking close to a 12-pack a day. Once you are in its grips, it likes to keep you too. Try to stop drinking it and you get withdrawal headaches. Best advice is to never start.
