Icy cold chunks of pink grapefruit; it is yummy at 60 calories for a "serving"; unfortunately, the cup in comes in is 2 servings, so know that you are eating 120 calories.

Del Monte has a 60 calorie, one serving 8 oz cup. It has no sugar or juice added. It seems to have the same amount of fruit. The added liquid is water. The sweetenerin the other one is from added grape juice. Even tho' it's grape juice, I love it.
Be careful tho', without grape juice, it has a chemical under taste from enhancements and preservatives that is probably covered up by the grape juice. If you can't taste it or it doesn't bother you, it's great.

Yes, this page is incorrect. It's not true that "There are 60 calories in the Del Monte Fruit Naturals Red Grapefruit Cup." There are 60 calories per 1/2 cup serving and so 120 calories per cup.
Most of the calories must be in the juice though, wish I could find the count without the "extra light syrup."

I swear by these! I eat/drink one each morning and I am full until lunch or beyond. It isn't the most tasty at first, but after realizing how filling they are I CRAVE them. They are great at your desk too. Sometimes I pour water over the fruit after I've drank the juice and enjoy that second flavor splash.

These fruit cups are my favorite. They contain fresh-tasting pieces of grapefruit in a not-too-sweet syrup. Comes in handy when I'm feeling too lazy to cut up a whole grapefruit. A great way to get in a full day's supply of Vitamin C. Just remember,if you eat the whole container you are actually consuming 2 servings!
