There is an error in this: a cup is 155g, not 140g. Correct it when adding it to your plate.

Blueberries are so versatile to use either fresh or frozen, but I have actually found I prefer the frozen over the fresh. I use them in smoothies, yogurt, and love them frozen right from the bag to eat with just a little splenda on them and they make an excellent dessert with out the calories and you reap such an aray of health benifits. A lot of people eat blueberries on cereal or in muffins. I prefer them in non-cooked products the best only because I try to stay away from baked goods, and processed foods.
