I love this root vegatable. I recommend it to be steamed. You can even eat the skin if you clean it properly. You can treat it like a regular potato. I put garlic powder and a little miss dash and I enjoy it. The nutritional information is good. I compared it to others that I googled and it was the same. Frieda's apparently is a distribution company. I didn't change the listing because the information would have been the same! Here in Miami Fl we eat boniato all the time. Enjoy!
