The plain Cheerios are the healthiest of the bunch, but not the tastiest. My baby likes them, but I've got a sweet tooth, so I add fruit or honey. Beyond the fact that the regular calories only have 103 calories per cup and are loaded with fiber, the most important thing is they have only 1 gram of sugar.

cheerios are very good if you slice up bananas on top. Also with nestle chocolate milk powder... mmm delicious!
